Malpensa express train both from terminal 1 &2 to Milan Centrale (or Cadorna) every 30min
Reach in Milan Central station or Rogoredo station metro line 3 yellow to Pavia station approx. every 20min
If you go to Cadorna station you need to go to Central station or to Rogoredo station with the metro
